Michael Watson is the creator and founder of Mindful Integration,  a concept that represents the many paths that have shaped his career ethos. Sharing this idea with many, that we are now once again, bringing the parts of our understanding together in a unified form.

As a certified teacher of Yoga, Pilates, functional anatomy and with a degree in Sports science, Michael brings an in depth awareness to his clients based on a strong understanding of anatomy, the body and its function.

Kimberly Jennings is an Energy Medicine Woman, Spiritual Guidance Facilitator and Crystal Therapist. She has been accessing these God given abilities to transmute undesirable energy since she was 4 years old. It is a magical process with instant results for each client.

Other activities will include a trip to visit indigenous shaman, horseback riding, rainforest canopy tour, white water rafting and hiking.

Samasati also offers spa treatments including massage, hot stone treatments and ayurvedic consultations. The retreat is open to all levels of yoga practice whether you are experienced or not.
